STRARAN, Secretary of the UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION, do hereby certify that nt a Special Moeting of the Board of Directors of Baid corporation, duly called and held at ite office at No. 535 Pearl street, Borough of Van- hattan, City and State of new Tork, at twolve O'clock on the 8th day of September, 1927, the following Repolution was unani- monsly adopted: RESOLVED that Mr. 0. B. Lee, the President and Treasurer of this corporation, and/or Nr. E. H. Barker, the lice-President of this Corporation, be and they hereby are authorised to purchase and dispose of alechol in such quantities as may be required for the business of the Corporation, and for that purpose to execute and deliver all such appli- eations, permits, bonds and other documents as may be required by the laws, rules and regu- lations of the United States Government and of any department thereof.
