Dear Mr. Lee:
For your information I have prepared some data on the Travelers' plan
of Wholesale Insurance that is quite comprehensive and an analysis of
which I believe will convince you that it is a good thing for your
organization.
The cost is very small in comparison with the benefits extended to
the employees. I would estimate that the annual premium for in-
suring your eighteen employees for $1000. each would not exceed
$200. In adopting such a plan, you will demonstrate that you have
a real interest in the welfare of the employees and their families.
The consequent return in a better spirit of co-operation much more
than offsets the small premium outlay.
If you would furnish me with a list of ages, I would be in position
to give you an exact cost computation and would be very glad to confer
with you at any time in the working out of a definite plan for the
U. S. Radium Corporation.
Yours very truly,
Otto A. Hendrian.
