Dear Dr. Lind:
Thanics for your letter of December 3rd.
I shall communicate the contents thereof to our
attorneys, and as soon as we are able to ascertain
definitely the date of the trial we will advige you.
At present indications are that the cases
will be heard on January 12th, and unless there is
some change it is quite probable that our attorneys
would like to have you here about that time.
I trust it will be possible for you to
arrange your Washington trip so as to coincide with the
date set for our trials.
