Contlomen:
As suggested we sent the Dr. Drinker report to
Dr. HeCoy, Dr. lloore of Purdue University, Dr. Schlundt of the
University of Missouri, and Dr. Mnd of the University of Wisconsin,
with the request that they each give us their criticisms of the
report, and we asked them the specific question, if they thought 90
were justified in not necepting this report, when made to us in
June 1934, as conclusive proof that the conditions in our orange
Plant was the cause of the DO called "redium necrosis" allments.
The enclosed report 10 by Dr. Modoy, and tre think you
will find it a very interesting and thorough criticism of Dr.
Drinker's resetions.
To have heard from Dr. Hoore, and while he asd not make
e formal report, but embodied his opinions in letter form, his state=
ment confirms the position tolcen by Dr. McCoy.
The should hear from Dro. Mad and Schlundt at on early date.
If there is anything further you wish done in the way of
proparation for the case please do not hesitate to mike your wants
known.
Very truly yours,
CBLect
President.
