FREDERIC J. FAULKS LINDABURY, DEPUE & FAULKS RECEIVED J. EDWARD ASHMEAD JOSIAH STRYKER JOHN W. BISHOP, JR. PRUDENTIAL BUILDING WALTER D. BARKER TELEPHONE MULBERRY 1755 JAMES E.M. TAMS BURTIS S. HORNER 763 BROAD street, newark, N.J. ALAN W. CARRICK EDWARD P. O'NEILL, JR. March 17, 1928. RE: FREYER ET AL VS. U.S. RADIUM CORP. #3486-LDF CORP C. B. Lee, President, United States Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Lee, Confirming my telephone conversation, the above cases have now been set down for April 25th, 26th and 27th. They will not be heard during the week of April 2nd. With regard to your letter of the 15th inst., I think it would be very helpful if the conference could be had with these experts some time prior to the trial. If they are planning to be in New York at any time between now and then that, of course, would be the time for the conference. I agree with you that the matter should be discussed at our next meeting with Messrs. Markley and Smith. Yours very truly, JS/EAS
