UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION - THE LUMINITE CORPORATION V. EDNA HUSSMAN April 26th, 1928. Report of Elizabeth C. Lowis: Le Bamberger's, Employment office, Newark, N. J. In an effort to ascertain the name of party injured at Bamberger's Store, and who claimed to be an employee of the Radium Corporation, dalled at the Employment office of the above Department Store, met ltc. Sawyer in charge, who willingly con- sented to make a search of their files and see if the following Edns Hussman Grace Fryer Quinta McDonald Albina Larice Katherine Schaub were listed as ever having been employed by them and if they had any record showing they had ever met with an accident. Mr. Sawyor failed to find the desired information, saying if the accident happened in the store while ahopping, that he would have no record of the accident on file in his offico. Refery- ed me to the Health Department. Further stated the only young lady thoy ever had working in their store that had worked at the Radium Corporation was a liss Eckert, now deceasod.
