Dear Sir:
Herewith enclosed find copies of letters
to Vice Chancellor Backes and Mr. Berry in the above, which
are self-explanatory.
I failed to make a note of the dates in
September assigned for the final hearing. May I kindly
request you to advise me what they are. My recollection is
that they were September 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th. I am
not sure about it.
