Dr. S. C. Lind,
University of Minnesota,
School of Chemistry,
Minneapolis.
Dear Dr. Lind:
We are herewith enclosing our check for $345.00 in
payment of your bill rendered May 9th.
We have been somewhat distrubed during the past few
days on account of Mr. Berry, the plaintiffs counsel, is trying to
force us to go to trial May 23rd. However, we believe that we are
going to be able to forestall such a possibility, and expect to go
to trial in September as originally planned. You will probably
hear from us further regarding this point.
Assuring you that we very much appreciate the
service you rendered during the weak of April 22nd, we bag to remain
Cordially yours,
Vice President.
