Gentlemen:-
We have been retained by Mrs. Metz and Mrs. Tuft,
two ladies who were formerly employed by your company who
are now suffering disability because of the negligence of
your e ompany while they were in its employ. Their injuries
are of a very serious and permanent nature and I am writing
you at this time to ascertain whether or not the matter can
be adjusted without the necessity of bringing suit.
