November 20th,1928. Mr. W. H. Galentine, The Globe Indemnity Company, Washington Place, Newark, N.J Dear Mr. Galentine: Complying with your request of yesterday, we take pleasure in enclosing herewith copies of the correspondence had to date with Messrs Congleton, Stallman & Hoover, regarding the claims of Mrs. Metz and Mrs. Tuft. I am informed by Mr. Wecks of Congleton,Stalluen & Hoover, that Mrs. Mets worked for us under the name of Ethelwynne Peer. Her employment began May 1,1916, and she quit work for us some time before November 15th,1918. The first typed pay-roll we ever had was that of November 15th,1918, and she does not appear on that. Ir.Weeks states that he will try to ascertain from Mrs. Metz, the exact date she left. lirs. Tuft worked for us under the name of Helen Phillips, and her date of employment began May 28th,1917, and she last appeared on our pay-roll under the date of August 24th,1921. There may be a portion of the time between these tiro dates which she did not work, but this has not been ascertained as yet. lie shall pass on to you any additional information as it comes to hand.
