Mr. Edward A, Markley,
Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange Place,
Jersey City, N.J.
Re: Ethelwynne Metz (nee Peer) and
Edward T. her husband, and Helen Tuck
Dear Mr. Markley:
(nee Phillips) and W.M. , her husband vs.
I.S.Radium Córp.
Answering your letter of January 2nd,
with reference to the above actions-at-law against this
corporation:
We agree that both the Globe Indemnity
Company, and the Aetna Life Insurence Company have reserved
for future determination any rights, which they may have
under the terms of their respective policies.
The question of coverage by the Aetna
Life Insurance Company, as indicated in Mr. Emory's letter
to us of December 28th,1928, is satisfactory, and in order
to avoid any future misunderstandings we trust that the
position of the Globe Indemnity Company may be made clear
at an early date.
Very truly yours,
President.
