Confirming our *phone conversation of this
morning:
We have been requested by Nr. Smith of
Edwards & Smith, and Hr. Markley of Collins & Corbin,who represent
the interests of the United States Radium Corporation in the action
VS Canfield, to ast you to participate with Dr. Schlundt in the
test for the presence of radio-activity to be conducted at the office
of Potter & Berry, 60 Park Place, Newark, Nede, on Sunday morning,
March 17th, at 10 A.M.
