Her compleint is that her testh bother her and that hor hurt, and that she bas pnin in her knees and sometimes in her baoz, and that these paine have been for the past year or more and on June 6, 1928, ehe tronted by Dr. Humphries of Orange, N. J. During her exomination, Dr. St. George of New York ma present, ne was Dr. Rector of Jergey Gity. N. J. She enys that the pains in her baok since January 27. 1929, are getting worse. Dr. Fielde, a Dentist of dewark, took aome of hor teeth, but dis not remove any. three of them, abe olnims, fell out, begntse they beonme so 10086. Bhe ans had no operations on her Jaw, has had no brace for her bnok or any other applianees. She further claims that she, does not slexp ns well as abe uaed to, that she annnot work ne well about the house continuously aa before and that she hes never had any X-rnz troatment for anything. showa that she is entirely negativo for any skull or brnin condition, spine or limb condition, se far AS of those parts ean deternine without the benefit of Zurnys. der reflezes are absent in her kneea, there is no tromor of the fingera or eyolids, eyea reaet to light and accommodation, ceular motion normal. hearing aoute, opeech connectod and spontaneous and memory good, no complaint about taste on question. Appetite foir, bonels nove normally. Her thront is sub-acutely red, her lunge and heart nre normal. No swaying, no staggering, no nerve involvement, either of the body or the oranial nerves. Facinl express ion and motion normal. No paralyais found noxik in any part of the boay.
