Mr. H. H. Barker
United States Radium Corporation
535 Pearl St.
New York, N. Y.
My dear Howard:
Please be advised that we are making daily
progres on the determination of radium in the samples of
excreta which we collected in March. I can do only about
one to two samoles a day. At the present time I am using
bi-sulfate fusion method. Since the quantityyof radium
present is rather small, I am allowing at least two weeks
to elapse for the accumulation of radon.
This day I have had a note from Mr. Markley
saying that adjustments are drawing near whereby I shall be
reimbursed for out-of-pocket money for travelling expenses.
With very kind regards, I remain
Very truly yours,
Herman Sehlundt
