August 12th,1929.
Dr. E. B. Krumbhear,
West Falmouth,
Mass.
Dear Dr. Krumbhaar:
Please accept our thanks for your letter,
which arrived on August 9th.
Ne have bed no commication, oither directly
or indirectly from Nr. Berry since we 877 last not in Now York.
Therefore, your suggestion of e means for handling future
possible Pradium boisoning" cases has not been fully considered.
Tie nuch appreciate your good intentions in
this regará and agree that there certainly must be some way to
eliminate litigation and publicity in the future, such as
surrounded the five cases settled a year ago - but knowing
Ir. Berry as we do we are fearful that such a program might
be difficult of accomplishment. However, we have a perfectly
open nind in the natter and would be glad to consider any
program which looked promising.
We hope you will find it convenient to pay
us a visit the first time you happen to be coming to New York.
Cordially yours,
Preside: t.
