Confirming our conversation of even date by *phone:
We are sending you today, via parcel post, a binder
containing a compilation of information on radius, etc, which has
boan gotten up to be used in the defence of the pending litigation.
The index to this volume has not been completed, but as
soon as this is done by Mr. Barker, we will send one to you for the
various articles in the binder.
