Dr. Herman Sculundt,
University of Missouri,
Columbia, Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
I am herewith returning your letter from
Zach Walter, having today written advising him that we shall
not make any additions to our staff at this time.
I should like to have Walter with us, but
do not feel that the present outlook of the radium situation
justifies taking on a man of his calibor.
We arrived home on Monday of this week,
after a most delightful trip and, both lrs. Barker and myself
find it rather difficult to get back to the routine duties which
must be preformed.
There are several things that we have in mind
which I shall write you about within the next few days.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
