Herewith copy of letter from Mr.
Charles W. Weeks, attorney in the above action. You will
note that he now represents another employee of the
Radium Company by the name of Nettie Madlinger. From
the way Mr. Weeks spoke I think that we might be able to
settle these cases for a very reasonable sum.
I suggest that we have a conference
in the near future for the purpose of having a general
survey of all of the cases now outstanding. Please ad-
vise whe ther Friday, October 4th at two P. M. at this office
will be convenient.
