Gentlemen:
Please be advised that we have been retained by
Doctor Edward W. Blakely, who has rendered medical services
to A. Larice and Q. McDonald, both of whom were formerly
employed by the United States Radium Corporation.
It is our understanding that a settlement was
made with both of these parties whereby they were to receive
a flat sum of $10,000, the sum of $600.00 a year during their
lifetime, and whereby they were also to have all bills for
medical services paid.
Will you kindly communicate with us at your ear-
liest convenience and advise whether the facts as above out-
lined are correct.
