Dear Dr. Pohle: I wired you this morning as follows: "HAVE SUCCEEDED IN ARRANGING FOR DEPOSITIONS ON FEBRUARY TWENTY FOURTH" In accordance with the above wire arrangements have been completed for taking the depositions of yourself, Dr. Bowing and Dr. Stevens, in Chicago on llonday February 24th. The place for taking these depositions has not been set as yet, but I shall advise you in the course of the next few days with reference to this point, as well as the place where we will hope to meet you and the other Doctors in Chicago I should be able to send you either today or tomorrow the compilation of the arSicles ascembled bearing upon the internal administration of radium as well as subjects pertinent to our litiga- tion. We hope that you will bring this book with you to Chicago on the 24th, as we have had to borrow the books belonging to our attorneys in order that you nen may have a chance to look over them prior to taking the depositions. In the event that you expect to be away from Madison for any prolonged period of time, might I suggest that you supply us with your itinerary so that we could reach you promptly in the event that it was necessary. Sincerely yours, Vice President. HHBarker:
