February 20th,1930. Dr. Herman Schlundt, University of Missouri, Columbie, Mo. Dear Dr. Schlundt: Under separate cover we are sending you a small specimen of aine sulphide which contains no appreciable amount of radium - that is in fact it contains no radium except that which has accidentally come in contact with the aine sulphide during the course of its being handled in our laboratories. Mr. Smith, Mr. Harkley ayself are going to Chicago on Monday to take the depositions of Drs. Pohle, Stevens and Fishbein. While we are proceding with the preparation for the trial of these various cases, still we are at the same time putting forth every effort to work out a means whereby they may be settled, and I am still hopeful, although progress seems rather slow. I shall be interested in the suggestions that you may have as to the exhibit for the Court in this matter. Sincarely yours, Vice President. HHBarker RH
