That from aptember 1, 1916 to March 30, 1918, the United States Radium Corporation, defendant, was engaged in the facture of a certain commercial product jonom as "Undark". 5. That between September 1, 1916 end March 30, 1918, the defendant corporation was engaged in the business of applying the said commorcial product known as "Undark" to the munerols on the diols of watches. 6.
