March 14th,1930.
Mr. Arthur M. Karl,
Military Park Bldg.,
Newark, N.J.
Dear Sir:
We are in receipt of your two letters of
March 11th - one regarding Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Henry, and
the other Mrs. Frances Hoare and her husband James.
We wonder if you would be so good as to give us
the maiden names of both Mrs. Henry and Mrs. Hoare, as we
are unable to check our employment records with only their
marriage names for identification. If you could also
be a little more specific regarding their dates of employ-
ment it would aid us.
Upon receipt of this information we shall communi-
cate with you regarding our attitude in the matter, which
you can be assured will be a friendly one.
Very truly yours,
President.
