Mr. H. H. Barker

My dear Barker:
I received your telegram and note that there has been
a mistrial. I presume that there is a possibility
of the trial being held later on. For this reason
I am giving you my engagements which cannot be changed
on the assumption that you may need me. I will be
out of town in Indianapolis and at the American Chem-
ical Society meeting at Atlanta from Friday, April 4th
until Thursday, April 10th. I also have to be here
during the week of April 21st and cannot get away at
al during that week. Although I have other dates,
these are the dates which at the present time cannot
possibly be changed.
With kind regards.
Sincerely yours,
remme
R. B. Moore
Dean of Science

P. S. Since writing the above I have received your
letter of March 27th. It will not be possible as already
stated for me to be present on April 22nd as the annual
banquet of the School of Science is on the evening of
that date and it is necessary for me to preside. I can,
however, be present as far as I can tell now on April 24th
and I presume that will be as early as you will need my
here have the Trial weng N of me 25 week, I but can
presence. as I have an in here and would engyment rather
break this last engement if necessary.
