Metz and Tuck v. United States Radium Corp.
H. H. Barker, Esq.,
Vice Pres. U. S. Radium Corp.,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
APR 251930
Dear Mr. Barker:
Replying to yours of the 23rd, I thought it
better not to outline any particular field for Mrs. Hughes'
activity. She understands that she is retained by your Company.
That should mean to her that she is not to assist in any way
any of the plaintiffs who are suing our Company, or any other
personswho may be claimants against our Company. When the time
arrives for us to make use of Mrs. Hughes) services, we can then
tell her what we desire. I do not think that she should inter-
meddle in the cases in any way until sh IS instructed to do so.
She should not make any tests and should not attempt to obtain
any information.
Your ary truly,
EAM: AG
