Mr. E. A, Markley,
Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange P1.,
Jersey City, N.J.
Hoare & Henry V. U.S.Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Markley:
This will scknowledge receipt of your letter of
May 22nd, enclosing copy of your letter to Dr. Brothers, advising
him that electroscopic tests as well as physical examinationsof
Mrs. Hoare and Mrs. Henry will take place on either June 16th or
17th.
I have today been advised by Dr. Flinn that June
17th, will be satisfactory to Mrs. Hoare's counsel, and also a note
from Dr. Schlundt stating that he will be available on that date.
Dr. Flinn further advised me that Mr. Karl tells
him that he is not going to press the Henry case at this time -
in fact there is some question as to whether she will submit herself
for examination on the 17th, - however, we shall have Dr. Schlundt
examine her on that day if she is agreeable.
I an today dropping a line to Dr. Brothers, advising
him that June 17th, has definitely been set for the examination of
Mrs. Hoare.
Very truly yours,
Viee President.
