Dear Mr. Emory:
Answering your letter of May 29th, regarding the
above case.
Mrs. Henry has not instituted suit, and we under-
stand will not do so since she has been informed by various
physicians that she has no case.
Mrs. Henry claims to have been employed from about
Oct. 1,1920 to April 1,1921 - this date is not within the range
of your policy period.
