Dr. R. B. hoore,
Purdue University,
Lafayette, Indians.
Dear Dr. Moore:
Under separate cover we are today shipping you
approxinately 20 grams of our good phosphorescent sine sulphide.
I mast caution you that this material contains a
mere trace of radioactive materials, due to the fact that it has
been manufactured in close proximity to netive radium operations,
and would not be satisfactory as a screed Iree from all alpha
radiation.
The New Jersey courte start their nummer recess
next weck, and we do not anticipate that we will have to appear
in court to defend suits instituted by our former employees before
some tine next fill - probably not before October. We shall
advise you as soon os we have any definite information along this
line.
With kind regords, I am
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
