Dear Sir:
Answering your letter of September 30th:
We are not in a position to talk settlement of
the above named case, since we are still waiting for the
information which you were to furnish us as per our talks
over the 'phone on September 15th end September 24th.
If you will be 80 kind as to furnish us with
definite information regarding dates of employment, nature
and duration of illness, attending physicians, etc, we will
then be in 8. position to discuss the matter of settlement
with you.
