December 31, 1930.
Mr. Howard C. Barker,
U. S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York, N. Y.
Dear Mr. Barker:
I am inclosing herewith statements covering the
treatment to three patients for the month of
December and also an account of money expended
for drugs and laboratory tests.
Mrs. Larice on account of the objection of her
husband finally refused to take the second
series of Parathormone injections. I took
the
matter up with Dr. Craver but thought I had
better mention this to you in case he has not
informed you of same.
On December 26, I again started viosperol and
calcium lactate administration
suggestion. He also asked tha t I obtain urine
and feces at the same time I make my collection
from the other patients. I expect to obtain
these specimans on Thursday evening, January 8,
and unless I hear from you to the contrary will
deposit them in the usual place.
With wishes for happiness and stability in the
New Year, I am
Very truly yours,
HCJ/EKS
