My dear Mr. Barker: I enclose herewith original release from Helen Tuck and Walter Tuck in the sum of $10,000.00, the release running to the United States Radium Corporation. It seems to be properly executed. Mr. Weeks has also sent me proper discon- tinuance, and I am filing the original with the Clerk of the United States District Court. I shall forward you certified copy thereof when I receive same from the Clerk. My understanding of the situation is that you are to pay the amount necessary to close out this transaction, in accordance with the plan outlined at the conference had be- tween you and the various insurance companies.
