Dear Mr. Smith:
In accordance with your letter of
January 24th, we are herewith sending you our check
drawn to the order of Charles W. Weeks, for $10,000,
in full settlement of the claims of Helen Tuck (nee
Phillips) and her husband Walter Tuck, for damages
that may have resulted in personal injuries sustained
by Helen Tuck during her employment by us.
We assume that the Release is, as you
suggested, properly executed and precludes any possibil-
ity of further action by the complainants.
