Referring to gur letter of February 26th,
inquiring about the original bill from Miss Lewis:
lie wish to advise that this bill was for-
warded to us on February 24th, by Mr. Smith's office, but it
was designated as a bill of Mr. McCarthy's instead of
Miss Lewis. The bill has been properly o.K'd by both
Smith and yourself.
