Dear Sir:
Am dropping you a few lines to let you
know that I was very much surprised at the officer
of the small amount of five thousand dollars
($5,000.00) as a settlement; as I expected at
least fifteen thousand dollars, ($15,00.00).
Up to the present time I have no lawyer
and have avoided publicity. I am as badly handi- -
capped as those whose settlements have been made at
a higher figure.
