Re: Madlinger V. U. S. Radium Corp.
Some time ago I spoke to you about the above
entitled case and you suggested that I find out from my people
what the case could be settled for and let you know, and that
you would take it up and see what could be done. I have had
a talk with Mrs. Madlinger and her husband and they are willing
to settle on the same basis that the Tucks did.
Kindly let me know whether we can dispose
of this as we did the Tuck case.
