RADIUM CORP.
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of
October 9 in reference to the claim of Mrs. La Porte
against your Company. When this letter was received
in the office, I had not returned from my vacation
and, up to the moment, I have not had an opportunity
to discuss it with my associates. However, I shall
do so within the next two or three days and advise
you.
