had, and which was written by Mr. Pesinger of the New Amsterdam
Casualty Company to your company at the inception of the
Radium Cases, in which letter the New Amsterdam Casualty Company
reserves its right under the policy.
Will you kindly let me have a copy of the
letter, which you have?
