Dear Mr. Lee:
Please be advised that in the above case
we have been served with notice of motion to advance the
trial of this case. This motion is returnable on January
22nd. We shall of course plead for a delay and for as much
delay as practicable.
We have also been served with interrogatories
to be answered by your company and we enclose our only copy
of same. If you will advise us the answers we shall be
pleased to draft them in legal form and arrange for their
execution. Also advise us who in behalf of your company
can verify the answers under oath.
