Madlinger vs. U. 3. Radium Corp.
Chas, W. Weeks, Esq "
National State Bank Bldg.
Newark, N. J.
Dear Mr. Weeks:
As you know from our talk and e orrespondence,
Mrs. Undlingor missed the appointeent that we made for her to
be examined by Dr. Plinn and Dr. Brothers on the morning of
Tobruary 24th. on the 25th inst. your Dr. Knef oalled Dr.
Flinn and stated that she had lost her way the preceding day
and asked if it would be convenient for him to examine
Madlingor on that day. An appointment was ereupon made
for 1:30 P. M. and ltrs. Madlinger put in an app carance at
2:30 P. M. Dr. Brothers of course was no t arranged for and
made no examitation.
Dr. Flinn reparta that his tests have
proved negative and that therefore he would like to make
snother test to verify or disprove what hás test revealed.
I was wondering whother we could not arronge to have Dr.
Brothers and Dr. Flinn the sane
time at the saze place. May I request you to fix the time
about a week or con days off and I will arrange for Dr,
Brothers.
Also please let me have yo ur absolutely
best figure in settloment, all negotiati ions to be without
prejudice in the event of ontest. We should also like to
have a testinonial examination of the plaintiff before trial
in order to consider any offer that you may make. Please nã-
viss when and where we may have this exanination. We shall be
glad to appear with an expert stenographer to take the testi-
mony.
with kindest regerds,
Sincerely yours,
