H. H. Barker, Esq.,
MAR 25 1932
Vice Pres. U. S. Radium Corp.
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Barker:
Herewith report of Dr. Brothers for physical
examination of Mrs. Madlinger together with his bill for $10.
which is reasonable. Please send draft directly to Dr. Brothers
to cover. I am having additional copies made of this report and
will send two copies to Mr. Smith, one for himself and one for
the New Amsterdam and I will also send copies to Mr. Gray and
Mr. Emory.
In this case Mr. Emory informs us under date
of the 22nd that his company was on the risk for only 8/2 months
and that in the event of any adjustment, his company would only
pay its pro-rata share based on the period of her employment.
He calculates that his company would have to contribute 9%
of the total amount paid. You might check this and ascertain
whether it is accurate.
Yours very truly,
bollun watern
