complaint in the above, requesting me to represent his
Company, Globe Indemnity Company.
Please advise whether it is clearly under-
stood that the Globe Indemnity Company undertakes to
assist in the defense of this case with a full reservation
of all rights, as heretofore in other similar cases as
per the correspondence in those cases.
