Dear Mr. Barker:
Replying to your letter of the 7th which
is in reply to mine of the 6th, please be advised that
my instructions from Mr. Gray are to make the same reserva-
tion of rights in this case as was made in the others
with respect to coverage.
I do not wish any mi sunderstanding about
the matter. If a different rrangement is to exist,
you will have to make it with Mr. Gray, otherwise I
shall have to return the papers. Will you not therefore
write me stating that the same reservation of rights
exists in this case as existed in the previous radium
cases which we handled for the Globe Indemnity Company,
or if you prefer not to do that, take the matter up with
Mr. Gray and make your own agreement with him as to the
basis upon which the case is to be handled, if any.
