Dr. Lloyd F. Graver,
Meporial Hospital,
Central Paric Tost at 108th St.
N.Y.C.
Dear Dr. Craver:
This will acknowledge your letter of June 2lst,
enclosing a bill account of Miss Fryer.
We have given consideration to the question you
raised relative to our allowing Miss Fryer hor Tunnel fee, as well
as gas required in connection sith reporting to the Rockefeller
Institute, and while we do not recognize this as a legitimate
medical expense, still we are dieposed in this particular instance
to allow same. However, we feel there is a danger in allowing such
an expense, inasmuch 3.5 it is apt to become a customary require-
ment of the girls, and of course under such circunstences we could
not approve of it.
We are enclosing a copy of this letter in case you
care to send sane to Miss Fryer.
Very truly yours,
Vice Prosident.
