Gentlemen:
Please be advised that we have been re-
tained by the children of a woman who died while in
your employ from the effects of radium, to represent
them in their claim for damages as a result of the
death of their mother.
As it is our policy to settle amicably
where possible all claims, we would suggest that you
communicate with us at your earliest convenience with
a view towards reaching an amicable adjustment of this
matter, thereby obviating the necessity of suit, which
will be inevitable in the event of our failure to
reach such amicable adjustment.
