Dear Mr. Markley:
This mill acknowledge receipt of your letter of
March 24 covering the intervies with Mr. Sydney Sher of
Rutherford, New Jersey, who represents the complainents in
the above action.
Tie appreciate your analysis of the situation and
fully agree with the decision that no settlement of any nat-
ure should be offerod to Mr. Sher. Thorefore, we shall con-
sider the matter closed unlesa actual suit is instituted.
