Gentlemen: We have your letter of August 2nd en- closing order signed by Judge Fake in relation to the Statute of Limitations as applied to radium cases. This certainly from our standpoint is a most favorable ruling and should go a long way in solving the problem of the straggling radium cases cording up from time to time.
