Dear Dr. Lind:
Just a line to advise you that we are progressing
with our plans for going to trial in the Lalorte case during the
week of Jun 4th, 1934.
Our attorneys feel it advisable that you should be
available on the evening of Monday, June 4th for a conferenco
relative to the type of testimony shich you esn give.
I an herewith enclosing a list of questions which
will give you a general idea as to the type of information thich
we will undoubtedly desire to establish. This list will probably
be augmented as the time for trial approsches.
