Dear Dr. Schlundt
The LaPorte case has been set for the week
of September loth. I an advised by Dr. Lind that this
week is not convenient for him on account of the Ameriean
Chenical Society Mesting in Cleveland during the week of
September 10th.
Howerver, our attornoys feel that we can arrenge
with the is to hear the case, to take Dr. Lind's
testimony during the weok of September 17th. I should be
glad to have an expression from you as to your availability
during either the week of September 10th or September 17th.
