Gentlemens
This will acknowledge your various com-
munications relative to the date in September that has been
set for the above 0080 before Judge Formen. It is our under-
standing that the date is the week of September 10th.
Confirming my telephone conversation with Mr.
Markley of even date, I wish to advise that Dr. Lind advises
it will be impossible for him to be present during the week
of September 10th, but that he could attend either the week
previous, or the week after. While I have had so definite
word from Dr. Schlundt as to his availability, I casume the
same is more or loss true in his CASD. 1 understand that
Mr. Markley is to take up with Judge Formen the netter of
taking the Doctors' testinony during the work of September
17th, should they not be available during the week of Sept-
ember 10th.
