Dear Dr. Stevens:
Ne are herewith sending you our check covor-
ing your bill for services and expenses in connection with
your deposition taken in Chicago, on May 21, 1934.
We vish to express our thanks for your co-
operation in this matter, and trust we have not unduly de-
layed in remitting payment.
You will doubtless be interested to know thet
just prior to going to trial on June 4th, the Judge who was
to sit, postponed the case until September 10th.
